How to Enroll
Thank you for your interest in LEAH Schools Downtown Academy!
In this section, you will find information on how to apply through our quick and simple online application. Please read through the information listed below to ensure a complete application.
Please inquire before submitting an application whether there are openings for your child's age group. We currently have limited openings and several families on a waitlist for at least one of the age groups.
Steps to Apply
Step 1
Tour our school. There's no better way to learn about LDA than to stop in and visit! We would love to welcome you into our school and introduce you to the LDA family.
Step 2
Submit an application with a $175 non-refundable fee. We do maintain waitlists for those ages where there are no spaces available.
Step 3
The admissions director will contact your family once your application is received. If space permits, we will confirm a start date and will email an enrollment packet to you which must be completed before your first day.
Paperwork (required) once enrolled: Please bring on your first day.
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Updated Immunization Record (signed by a doctor)
- Healthcare Statement (signed by a doctor)
This form will be emailed to you once the enrollment packet is complete.
- Additional Admissions Form & HiMama Agreement Form
These forms will be emailed to you once the enrollment packet is complete.

We accept applications on a rolling basis, and will enroll students when spaces become available.
